Sam Murphy | President
Sam began his career in commercial real estate with Colliers International, focusing on industrial brokerage, and later joined Lyon Stahl Investment Real Estate to specialize in multifamily investment sales. Over time, he developed a strong appraisal practice alongside his brokerage work, completing hundreds of valuations and dozens of transactions. Today, as founder of SM RE Inc., he provides trusted commercial real estate valuation and advisory services for estate, litigation, and investment-related matters throughout Southern California.
